On hearing the learned counsel for the respective parties for a considerable length of time, on a suggestion coming from the Petitioner, the learned senior counsel Mr.Ponda representing Respondent No.4, agrees that during Diwali Vacation, Respondent No.4 shall arrange for her travel, where she will be put up for seven days and in presence of Respondent No.4, a categorical statement is made that, expenses for travel as well as lodging and boarding, shall also be borne by him and the daughter shall be allowed to be in the company of the mother as long as it is possible.
