Amol Ravindra Patil will be returned to the said surety within a period of two weeks from today. 1.1) The said statement is accepted as an undertaking given to this Court.

1.2) In view of the above, the grievance of the Petitioner does not survive.

2) Petition is accordingly disposed off.

3) List the Petition on board on 22nd January, 2026 under the caption 'for reporting compliance'.
