1) Learned APP submitted that, the Superintendent of Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik, has already issued a communication dated 22nd January 2026 to the surety of the Petitioner namely Mr. Amol Ravindra Patil requesting him to collect the said surety amount of Rs. 10,000/- by producing original receipt dated 7th July 2021. However the said surety has not responded to the concerned jail Authority.

2) Ms. Khanwilkar, learned Advocate appointed to represent the Petitioner seeks time to take instructions.
