Since the learned A.P.P. informs that the Petitioner stand acquitted by the order and judgment of the Bombay High Court, Aurangabad Bench on 06/05/2024, the present Petition deserve a disposal, though we must clarify that we have maintained the order of forfeiture of the amount of security deposit, as the Petitioner has reported belatedly after two days.
