1) Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2) By this petition, the petitioner seeks the following substantive reliefs:
a) this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order directing 1/2
Jyoti 14-wp-173-2024 with ia-786-2024.doc the Respondent No.3 to produce the minor daughter of the petitioner before Child Welfare Committee i.e. Respondent No.4 and Respondent no.4 be directed that after recording the statement of his minor daughter and after making inquiry in the matter decide the custody of his minor daughter who is in continuous need for care and protection as per the provisions of Juvenile Justice Act 2015. 3) Learned APP on instructions states that the Respondent No.4 i.e. the Child Welfare Committee has recorded the statement of the minor child i.e. daughter of the petitioner, and that the CWC will take the same to its logical end, in accordance with the Juvenile Justice Act, 2015.
4) In view of the statement made by the learned APP, nothing survives for further consideration in the petition. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
5) In view of the disposal of petition, nothing survives for further consideration in the interim application. Accordingly, the same also stands disposed of.
