Leave is granted. 2) Petition is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to prefer an application for discharge before the trial Court at an appropriate stage. If such an application is preferred, it shall be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law without being influenced by the withdrawal of this Petition.
