Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that although the petitioners have made a representation to the Director General of Police, Maharashtra and Commissioner of Police, Thane, they have not addressed the complaint to the local Police Station i.e. Thane Nagar Police Station, Thane, because of the distrust that the petitioners have on the said police station. If a copy of the complaint is handed over to P.I. of Thane Nagar Police Station, Thane, the P.I. to look into the said complaint. 3.
