Learned Addl. P.P. makes a grievance, on instructions of the concerned officer. He states that the petitioner has been writing to all the authorities, however has not come to the police station, despite being called to the police station. He submits that petitioner has been sending complaints/applications without visiting the police station. He Chaitanya Jadhav 1/2

32-Wp-220-2024.doc submits that in view of the same, the police have decided to close the complaint and have informed the petitioner of the same. 2.

Today, learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner will go the police station and will co-operate with the police. Since, the complaint was closed, only as the petitioner did not report to the police station, the same be re-opened, as the petitioner has assured to go to the police station. Accordingly, the concerned police to record the petitioner's statement and thereafter take it to its logical end.

The petitioner to appear before the concerned officer within one week from today, so as to enable the concerned officer of the Kondhwa Police Station, Pune, to take appropriate steps. 4.

Stand over to 10th April, 2024.
