None appeared for the Petitioner on 24th April, 2024 pursuant to which the following order was passed :- " 1. None for the Petitioner.
2. By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to register an FIR as against the accused. Certain other reliefs have also been sought.
3. Mr. Konde-Deshmukh, learned Addl.P.P., on instructions states that the police of the Kondhwa Police Station, Pune, have registered an FIR on the 1/2
P.H. Jayani 15 WP220.2024.doc basis of the petitioner's complaint, on 22nd March 2024, as against five named persons and three unknown persons.
4. Mr. Konde-Deshmukh, learned Addl.P.P. has tendered a report dated 24th April 2024 of API attached to Kondhwa Police Station, Pune, alongwith the copy of the FIR. The said report and the FIR are taken on record. Sections alleged in the FIR are under Sections 324, 336, 323, 504, 141, 143, 147, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 37(1) of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951.
5. Since none appears for the petitioner, stand over to 14th June, 2024. "

Even today, none appears for the Petitioner. Hence, the Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
