Since we have restored the aforesaid Writ Petition by a separate order passed today in Interim Application No.4417 of 2024 filed in the aforesaid Petition, with the consent of the parties, the aforesaid Petition is taken up for admission. 2.

By this Petition, the Petitioner essentially seeks a direction to the Respondent-police to forthwith register an FIR under Section 324 and other relevant Sections including the provisions of the Arms Act as against certain persons.

Mr. Konde Deshmukh, learned Additional Public Gaikwad RD 1/2

43-wp-220-2024.doc Prosecutor, on instructions, states that an FIR has been registered by the Respondent-police as against certain persons for the offence punishable under Section 324 of the Indian Penal Code and other relevant Sections.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in this Petition, since the Petitioner's grievance stands redressed. The Petition is accordingly disposed of. 5.

As far as certain other prayer i.e., to take action against the police officials is concerned, it is open for the Petitioner to adopt appropriate remedy before the appropriate Forum, in accordance with law.
