By this petition, the petitioner seeks further investigation in M.E.C.R. No.20 of 2006 registered with the L.T. Marg Police Station, Mumbai.

Perused the papers. Three charge-sheets have been filed in the aforesaid C.R., first charge-sheet in May 2007, second in June 2016 and third in June 2023. Considering the petitioner's grievance, that the persons who were named in the 164 statements, their statements were not recorded, the police recorded their statements during the pendency of this petition.

Learned APP states that after recording the statements of the said persons, whose names were revealed in the 164 statements of witnesses, the police will take appropriate steps to file a Supplementary charge-sheet, within two weeks form today. Statement accepted. 2/3

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for consideration in the present petition. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.

In view of the disposal of the writ petition, nothing survives for consideration in Interim Application being Interim Application No.1083 of 2024. The same is also disposed of accordingly.
