Although in the order dated 21st February 2024, it is stated that the 'learned APP seeks time to take instructions since according to 1/3

her, the trial has commenced and has actually come to a fag end', learned counsel for the intervener, Mr. Bhavesh Parmar states that the learned APP had sought time to take instructions in view of the statement made by him, on instructions that the trial had commenced and had come to a fag end.

Mr. Parmar further states that in the appearance column of the aforesaid order dated 21st February 2024, his appearance is inadvertently shown as 'Mr. Bhavesh Parmar i/b Mr. Devmani Shukla, for the Respondent No.2 instead of 'Mr. Bhavesh Parmar i/b Mr. Devmani Shukla, for the Intervener'. He, therefore, prays for correction of the same.

Accordingly, the order dated 21st February 2024 shall stand corrected as above. Ordered accordingly. 4.

We may note that the registry has not placed the Interim Application filed in the aforesaid petition, before us and hence, the registry to ensure that the interim application alongwith the petition, is 2/3

placed before this Court, on the next date. Even otherwise, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time.
