Learned A.P.P submits that the Jhangad receipts have been filed in the supplementary charge-sheet filed by the Police. 2.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the Jhangad receipts have not been sent to the Handwriting Expert and, as such, the same ought to have been sent to the Handwriting Expert. 3.
Learned A.P.P, on instructions, submits that the receipts have been sent to the Handwriting Expert and report is awaited. He seeks two weeks time.

On his request, stand over to 12th September, 2024. 5.
The Police to ensure that the Handwriting Expert's report is received by the next date.
