Mr. Sameer Kale, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, has tendered a table captioned as "Annexure-A" indicating typographical errors and the correction particulars. The same is taken on record and marked as "X-1" for identification.

Mr. Sukanta Karmarkar, learned APP for the Respondent/State, does not dispute Annexure-A (X-1) and states that the suggested corrections be carried out. 4.

In view of above, the order dated 09 April 2026 passed in Criminal Writ Petition No.305 of 2024 be corrected in terms of Annexure-A (X-1).

After carrying out the corrections in the order dated 09 April 2026, the corrected order be uploaded.
