From the said affidavit it appears that he has verified all 21 purchasers/investors including the complainant and has recorded their statements. It appears that all the said purchasers/investors have received the booking amount and there are no complaints against the petitioners. It is further stated that despite investigation they have not found any other person other than the 21 purchasers/investors. 3.

Stand over to 6th January 2026.
