It is submitted that the parties have settled the dispute. The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been executed between the complainant and all other aggrieved persons. 3.

Learned A.P.P. had sought time to verify whether there are any other aggrieved persons other than those, who have signed the MOU. On instructions it is submitted that there are about 20 aggrieved persons who are party to the MOU.

Learned Advocate for the Petitioners submitted that the proceedings can be quashed with the consent of complainant and all the other aggrieved persons.

The complainant is represented by the Advocate. Aggrieved persons have signed the MOU.

It is submitted that to enable the Petitioners to make payment to complainant and aggrieved persons, the Petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.50,00,000/- deposited by the Petitioners in this Court in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2034 of 2021.

Since the parties have resolved the dispute. The Petitioners are permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.50,00,000/- deposited by Petitioners in this Court.
