The present Petition impugns an order dated 19 th November, 2022 passed by the Sessions Court, Sangli by which the Appeal filed by Respondent No.1 was allowed and the order passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.81 of 2011 by which Respondent No.1 was directed to pay maintenance of Rs.5,000/- per month to the Petitioner as also provide separate residence to the Petitioner or alternatively pay Rs.2,000/- per month towards monthly rent apart from costs of Rs.1,000/- awarded in favour of the Petitioner was set aside. 2.

Issue notice to Respondents returnable on 10 th December, 2024.
