Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 23rd September, 2024.

In addition to Court's notice, petitioner to serve the respondent Nos.2 to 4 by private notice and file an affidavit of service before the returnable date.

Considering the allegations made by the petitioner, we deem it appropriate to direct PI of the Vishnu Nagar Police Station, Dombivali (West), to remain present on the next date. Considering that the said officers, who are respondent Nos. 2 to 4, have been transferred to the different police stations, the said notices to be served through the office of the Police Commissioner, Thane.

In the meantime, till the next date, learned Addl. P. P. to ensure that the CCTV footage of the Vishnu Nagar Police Station, Dombivali (West), Thane, dated 7th August, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., is preserved and produced before us on the next date. Rekha Patil 2/3

Learned Addl.PP to communicate the said order forthwith to PI of the Vishnu Nagar Police Station, Dombivali (West), so as to enable him to comply with the said order.
