Learned counsel for the respective parties state that since name of the bank was not mentioned in clause ii of para 6 of the order dated 30th September 2025, the costs of Rs.50,000/- could not be deposited. They seek extension of time to deposit the costs, as directed by this Court vide order dated 30th September 2025. N. S. Chitnis 1/2

Accordingly, clause ii of para 6 of the order dated 30th September 2025, shall now read as under:- "ii.

The parties to pay costs of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each to the Mumbai Police Welfare Fund, bearing Account No. 465010100008693, Bank Name:Axis Bank, Branch Name:Upper Govind Nagar, IFSC No. UTIB0000465 within a period of three weeks from today. "

Rest of the order dated 30th September 2025, to remain as it is.

Accordingly, time to deposit costs is extended by a period of one week from today.

To be placed under the caption 'for compliance' on 27th November 2025.
