1) Learned Advocate for Petitioner, on instructions, submitted that, in pursuance of Order dated 2nd July 2024 the Petitioner has deposited the said cost of Rs.75,000/- with the Central Police Welfare Fund, within stipulated period. He tendered across the bar compliance Affidavit of Petitioner dated 30th July 2024. To the said Affidavit, receipt issued by the Bank of Maharashtra indicating that the said cost is deposited in the account of Central Police Welfare Fund is enclosed.

2) In view thereof, the directions issued vide Order dated 2nd July 2024 are complied with.
