After arguing for some time, when we expressed our disinclination to grant any relief in this petition, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for unconditional withdrawal of the petition with liberty to prefer an application for discharge before the Trial Court.

Unconditional leave is granted. The Petitioner is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally. The Petitioner is at V.A. Tikam
