The petitioners are charge-sheeted for ofences under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 read with 34 of the IPC. The FIR was registered on 11.07.2022 at the instance of respondent No.2. The marriage between respondent No.2 and petitiner No.1 was solemnized on 12.05.2019.

Learned Advocate for the petitioners submitted that the entire family has been roped in the FIR lodged by respondent No.2. The allegations are omnibus in nature.

Issue notice to the respondent No.2, returnable on 01.07.2024.
