Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner essentially apprehends that the respondent-police would enter the petitioner's premises without any justifiable reasons and grounds and without following due SQ Pathan 1/2

18-WP-814-2024.doc procedure of law, only with the intent to harass the office bearers of the Society/Mandal.

If such an incident takes place, it is open for the petitioner to report the matter directly to the higher authorities i.e. Superintendent of Police, Kolhapur. At the same time, if the police intend to take any action against the Petitioner Society/Mandal, it shall be strictly in accordance with law by following due procedure.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, petition stands disposed of.
