Petitioner No. 1 in Writ Petition No. 862 of 2023 is fatherin-law, petitioner No. 2 is mother-in-law and petitioner No. 3 is sister-in-law, whereas the petitioner in Writ Petition No. 865 of 2023 is the husband of complainant.

The marriage was solemnized on 25.04.2021 and the FIR was registered on 25.02.2022.

It is submitted that petitioners are residents of Uttar Pradesh. The next date before trial Court is on 22.03.2024 and the case is due for framing charge. The FIR containts vague allegations, which does not support the charge under Section 498-A of IPC.

Issue notice to respondent No. 1, returnable on 27.06.2024.

6.

Petitioners are exempted from appearing before trial Court till the next date.
