The Petitioner has some more clue and as according to her there are some persons in Satara who had seen her husband in Satara. She is not ready to give names of these witnesses to the Police Authorities. However, she offered to accompany the Investigating Officer and she also has recorded the conversation which these witnesses which she would divulge. She sure that the witnesses are ready to file affidavits that they have seen her husband.

Let the Investigating Officer permit the Petitioner Chaitanya

2/2 31-Wp-962-2024.doc to accompany them to Satara and complete the exercise of recording the statements within a period of two weeks from today.

At this stage, the counsel representing the brother as well as the other family members of her husband, in respect of which the present petition is filed, also seek to intervene as according to him, the Petitioner has filed multiple FIRs arranging all of them as accused and even he would like to place on record these FIRs.

He is at liberty to prefer an appropriate application which we would consider on the next date of hearing. List on 19.08.2024.
