(27)WP-962-2024.doc 2] Even today it is the case of the Petitioner that there is some more witness, who had seen her husband and she want the investigating team to lead to that lady in Satara.
We permit her to do so, but with a clear understanding that this is a last opportunity, which we are affording to her to lead the investigating team to her missing husband.
3] On the next day of hearing, we will consider the Intervention Application, as it is claimed by the Intervenors that they are unnecessarily being dragged in and several offences are registered against them.
Re-notify to 19.09.2024.
