P. C. :- 1) Heard the Petitioner in person and learned A.P.P. for the State. We have perused the entire record of C.R.No.220/2023 registered with Ulhasnagar Police Station, District Thane.

2) It is the grievance of the Petitioner that, though she had pointed out the place where the corpus namely Mr. Ganesh Maruti More is allegedly concealed by the accused persons in the said crime, the police are not taking effective steps in that behalf.

2.1) This Court therefore put a question to the Petitioner as to whether she is ready and willing to accompany a Police Officer deputed by the Senior Inspector of the Police, Ulhasnagar Police Station to point out the place where her husband is allegedly kept as a captive. She submitted that, today she will proceed to go to that place at about 06:00 p.m. The said statement is accepted.

Jayani 05 WP962.2024.doc 3) Learned A.P.P. on instructions submitted that, the FSL report of mobile phone of Mr. Ganesh Maruti More is not yet received. 4) The Deputy Director, FSL, Kalina, Mumbai is requested to expedite the Forensic Analysis of the mobile phone of missing person namely Mr. Ganesh Maruti More, of C.R.No.220/2023 with Ulhasnagar Police Station, District Thane.
