By this Petition, the Petitioner seeks a direction to file an appropriate report in connection with MECR No.1 of 2021 registered with Bandra Police Station, Mumbai, in a time-bound matter. 2.

Mr. Konde Deshmukh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, states that the police will complete investigation within six weeks from today and thereafter, submit an appropriate report before the concerned Court. Statement accepted. 3.
