It is submitted that parties have settled the dispute and complainant is supporting the prayer for quashing the FIR. 2.

Learned APP submitted that the allegations in the FIR are of serious nature. Investigation is in progress. 3.

In the light of the nature of allegations and considering the fact that investigation is in progress, it would be appropriate to permit investigating authority to conduct investigation. 4.
