.
None for the Petitioners in Criminal Writ Petition No. 4891 of 2018, while the learned APP and learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 2 are present and ready for arguments. 2.
It is to be noted that Criminal Writ Petition No. 592 of 2019 and 1077 of 2024 are also to be taken up for consideration along with Criminal Writ Petition No. 4891 of 2018. This appears to be a case of cross FIRs, wherein in the accused in both the FIRs have approached this Court for quashing. In Criminal Writ Petition No. 4891 of 2018, while issuing notice by an order dated 31st October 2018, this Court directed that the Investigating Officer shall proceed with the investigation, however, he shall not take any coercive action i.e. arresting the petitioners till the next date of listing. It appears that the interim order has continued to operate.
3.
The learned APP, on instructions, informs that the investigation has been completed in the subject FIR, i.e. FIR No. 562 of 2018, registered with Bharati Vidyapith Police Station at Pune. The interim order does not prevent the filing of chargesheet. 4.
Hence it is clarified that the Investigating Officer can file the chargesheet in pursuance of completion of investigation concerning FIR No.562 of 2018.
5.
List these petitions for further consideration on 17th December 2025.
