By this petition, the petitioners seek quashing of the FIR registered vide C.R. No.184 of 2022 with the CBD Belapur Police Station, Navi Mumbai, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 379 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Mr. Konde-Deshmukh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions states that the police after investigation have filed a 'C' Summary Report before the appropriate Court on 25th May 2023. Statement accepted.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
