By this petition, the petitioners seek quashing and setting aside of the Look Out Circular/Notice issued as against him at the behest of the CBI EO-I, Delhi.

Without arguing the aforesaid petition, learned counsel for the petitioners sought leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an appropriate proceeding before the appropriate Court/Forum, in accordance with law.
