DATE : 11th JULY 2024 P.C.:- 1) As the principal relief is to quash Order dated 2nd September 2023, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Thane in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 130 of 2023, is under challenge, the present Petition pertains to the assignment of learned Single Judge. 2) We may note here that, prayer clause (a) herein is a consequential relief of prayer clause (b) though it is placed at Serial No. (a) and therefore also the present Petition pertains to the assignment of learned Single Judge taking the Petitions under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

3) Remove from board.
