In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioner does not press this Petition. 2) Therefore, Petition is disposed of as not pressed. 3) However, if in future, the Investigating Agency proposes to take action against the Petitioner in connection with the present subject matter, the Petitioner would be at liberty to adopt appropriate legal proceeding in accordance with law.
