This Writ Petition has been restored by a separate order passed in Interim Application No. 4358 of 2024. 2.

The present Petition is for quashing of the proceedings pending before the Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division and Judicial Magistrate First Class, Panvel vide R.C.C. No. 154 of 2021. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner informed the Court that in the said case, the trial has commenced and the charges are already framed. In view thereof, he seeks permission to withdraw this Petition with liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings in accordance with law 1/2

Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with such liberty. 5.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
