By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the Kondhwa Police Station, Pune, to register as FIR as against the accused on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 13th May, 2023. 2.

Learned APP, on instructions states that the Police have examined the petitioner's complaint and after examining the complaint, have closed the said complaint since the dispute was of a Wakodikar 1/2

24. wp 1442-2024.doc civil nature. He further states that the said decision has been communicated to the petitioner only yesterday via WhatsApp. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the aforesaid petition.

Needless to state that it is now open for the petitioner to adopt appropriate remedy, as may be maintainable in law, before the appropriate forum/Court.

We make it clear that we have not gone into the petitioner's complaint dated 13th May, 2023 and as such, all contentions of all parties are kept open.

Petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms. 7.

All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
