The present Petitioner is accused of the offences under Section 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ("IPC") and under Sections 9 and 15 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986. The crime is 109 of 2022 registered at Mangalwedha Police Station. The Police have seized tipper carrying sand.

The prayer for return of the vehicle is rejected by the trial Court as well as by the Revisional Court. Learned APP opposed the Petition on two grounds. There are several offences registered against the Satish Sangar 1/2

30-WP-1476-2024.doc Petitioner. She filed a report containing those details. It is taken on record and marked Annexure-X. There is fine imposed by the Collector and it is not paid. She seeks time to produce the necessary documents.
