Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 state, on instructions, that the parties have amicably settled their dispute and entered into Consent Terms. The Consent Terms dated 1st October 2024, duly signed by the petitioner, the respondent No. 2 as well as their 1/3

respective advocates is tendered. The same is taken on record and marked `X' for identification.

Both, the petitioner and the respondent No. 2 have also filed their affidavits undertaking to comply with the Consent Terms entered into between them. The said affidavits are also taken on record.

The petitioner and the respondent No. 2 are present in Court. They have been identified by their respective counsel. When questioned, they do not dispute their signature on the said Consent Terms nor the fact that they have amicably settled their dispute. Both, the petitioner and the respondent No.2 have undertaken to abide by the terms and conditions stipulated in the said Consent Terms. The said undertaking is accepted.

Petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms.

All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
