By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to register an F.I.R on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 19th May, 2022 addressed to the Senior Inspector of Police, Dr. D.B. Marg Police Station, Mumbai.

Learned A.P.P states that the Police after conducting an inquiry have closed the said complaint after observing that the dispute is of a civil nature.

In view of the statement made by the learned A.P.P, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file appropriate proceeding before the appropriate forum/Court, in accordance with law.

The petition is accordingly disposed of, as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed.

Needless to state that we have not gone into the merits of the petitioner's complaint dated 19th May, 2022 and, as such, all contentions of all parties are kept open.
