Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

By this petition, the petitioner essentially seeks quashing and setting side of the Look-Out Circular ('LOC') issued against the petitioner at the behest of the respondent No.3/CBI. 3.

Mr. Patil, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent No.3 - CBI states that the CBI has deleted the LOC issued as against the petitioner and that the same has been communicated to the Deputy Director, Bureau of Immigration, New Delhi vide letter dated 3rd December, 2024. The said communication/letter tendered by Mr. Patil is taken on record and marked as 'X' for Identification. 4.

From the said letter dated 3rd December, 2024, it appears that the CBI has requested the Deputy Director of Bureau of Immigration, New Delhi, to delete the LOC issued against the petitioner from their records.

Mr. Shirsat, learned Spl.P.P appearing for the respondent No.6 - ED states that the ED has not issued any LOC against the 2/3

petitioner. Similar statement is made by the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.5 - SFIO.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the petition.

Petition is accordingly disposed of.
