The aforesaid petition is kept today for recording compliance of the order dated 1st October 2025, passed by this Court, inasmuch as, it directs the petitioners as well as the respondent No.2 to pay costs of Rs.25,000/- each to the Maharashtra Centre Police Welfare Fund.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners as well as the respondent No.2 have tendered copies of the documents evidencing payments, so made.

It appears that only one of the petitioner has paid costs of Rs.25,000/- and one is yet to pay the said costs. Respondent No.2 has also paid the costs, as directed by this Court. 4.

Hence, stand over to 3rd December 2025, to enable the other petitioner to deposit costs as directed by this Court vide order dated 1st October 2025. To be listed under the caption 'for compliance'.
