Heard learned counsel for the parties.
By this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR being C.R. No. 4/2019 registered with N.M. Joshi Marg Police Station, Mumbai, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal SQ Pathan 1/2
35-WP-1608-2024.doc Code and the provisions of the Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act.
Ms. Hiwrale, learned A.P.P, on instructions from the officer present in Court, states that during the course of investigation, no offence was found against the petitioner and, as such, the police would be filing a report under Section 169 of the Code of Criminal Procedure qua the petitioner. In view of the statement made by the learned A.P.P, nothing survives for further consideration in the petition. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
