By this Petition, the Petitioner seeks a direction to Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to register an F.I.R. on the basis of the Petitioner's complaints dated 11th September 2021, 22nd April 2022, 14th July 2022, 7th September 2022 and 2nd November 2022. 3.
Learned APP, on instructions, states that Police have conducted a preliminary enquiry and will take an appropriate decision Gaikwad RD 1/2
29-Wp-1628-2024.doc on the Petitioner's complaints within two weeks from today. She submits that the decision on the said complaint will be communicated to the Petitioner also within two weeks from today. 4.
In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned APP, nothing survives for further consideration in the Petition. 5.
