Heard the learned counsel for the respective parties. 2.
By this Petition, the Petitioner seeks quashing of the LOC issued against the Petitioner at the behest of the Respondent 1/3
Nos.3 and 4 in Case No.F.N.SD/INT/AIU/98/2015`D'. 3.
It is not in dispute that the prosecution against the Petitioner was under the Customs Act and that the dispute has been settled between the Petitioner and the Customs Authority in as much as, and the penalty, as demanded by the Customs Authority has been paid by the Petitioner.

Mr.Munde, learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 at whose behest, LOC has been issued against the Petitioner on instructions of Mr.Rahul Dev Dixit, (Superintendent AIU) Investigation and Mr.Chitranjan Das (Superintendent AIU) Investigation, who are present in Court, states that the Respondent Authority will take all steps to withdraw the LOC against the Petitioner, which was issued in 2015, within two weeks from today. Statement accepted.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the Petition.

Needless to state that the Custom Authority to intimate withdrawal of LOC to all the Authorities, including the 2/3
Immigration Authority forthwith. Mr.Halwasia, also assures to inform the order passed today to the Immigration Authority so as to enable the Immigration Authority to make note of the same. 7.
The Petition stands disposed of.

All parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
