Mr. Sharma, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the parties have settled the dispute and accordingly, filed the Consent Terms dated 20th January 2025 before the learned 23rd Metropolitan Magistrate, Esplanade, Mumbai in C.C. No.3/MISC/2012, which was filed under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. He states that the present Writ Petition is filed challenging the legality and validity of the order dated 24th May 2022 passed by the learned 23rd Metropolitan Magistrate, Esplanade, Mumbai in C.C.
