By this petition, the Petitioner seeks a direction to the Respondent-Kashimira Police Station to register an FIR on the basis of the Petitioner's complaint.

Mr. Satpute, learned APP, on instructions, states that the Police after conducting a preliminary inquiry into the Petitioner's complaint have 'filed' the said complaint and have communicated the Suresh 1/2

29-Wp-2013-2024.doc said decision to the Petitioner vide letter dated 9th February 2025. The said letter appears to have been aknowledged by the Petitioner on 9th February 2025.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the Petition. Petition stands disposed of. 5.

Needless to state that, it is now open for the Petitioner to adopt appropriate remedy as may be available in law, before the appropriate Forum/Court.
