P.C.:- 1) Petitioners, i.e., husband, father-in-law, mother-in-law, sister-inlaw, brother-in-law and aunt of the husband respectively of the Respondent No.2 have filed present Petition for quashing of the C.R.No.115 of 2023 registered with Kopari Police Station, Thane City under Sections 323, 406, 498-A, 504 and 509 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) with the consent of Respondent No.2, the informant.

2) Learned Advocate for the Respondent No.2 submitted that the Respondent No.2 has filed on record an affidavit dated 15th July 2024, duly affirmed before the Assistant Registrar of this Court. It is stated therein that the Respondent No.2 and the Petitioner No.1 have decided to be separated 1/2

In paragraph 4 thereof, she has given her no objection for quashing of the said crime. 2.1) Respondent No.2 is personally present in the Court and through her Advocate reiterates the contents of her Affidavit dated 15th July 2024 and her 'no objection' for quashing of the crime in question. 3) In view thereof, Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
