1) We are having our own doubt about the bona fide of the Petitioner in filing present Writ Petition.

We therefore direct the Superintendent of Police, Pune Rural, to file his detailed Affidavit to the present Petition. We direct the Superintendent of Police not to delegate his powers to any subordinate Officer(s), while filing such an Affidavit.

1.1) We expect from the Superintendent of Police to peruse the entire record of investigation of Special Case No.104 of 2020 pending on the file of Additional Sessions Judge, Rajgurunagar-Khed, Pune, arising out of FIR No.309 of 2020 dated 11th August 2020, registered with Khed Police Station, Pune and record annexed to the present Petition, before affirming the said Affidavit.
