1) Present Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeks for quashing and setting aside of the order dated 2nd November, 2023 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai. By the said order, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai has dismissed Miscellaneous Application No.149 of 2023 seeking condonation of 317 days delay in filing the revision, against the order of issue process dated 22nd November, 2021.
2) Heard learned Advocate for the Petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the Respondent-State.
