Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that during pendency of this Petition, the charges are framed. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw this Petition with liberty to challenge the order of framing of charge.

Permission is granted. The Petition is allowed to be withdrawn. The Petitioner is at liberty to prefer appropriate proceedings in accordance with law challenging the order of framing of the charge.
